School administrators use AI to optimize school
operations, personalize learning pathways, and predict future educational
trends. Teachers, rather than following traditional methods, are facilitators,
guiding students as they explore AI-enhanced learning experiences.
This isn't a scene from a sci-fi movie; it's
the approaching future of education.
As AI increasingly influences our daily lives,
it's essential for educational leaders to integrate it effectively into our
schools.
This course is designed for forward-thinking
school administrators and principals, who understand AI's transformative impact
on educational leadership and decision-making. Engaging in this course will
equip them to navigate and lead confidently in an AI-enhanced educational
setting.
School principals might be asking:
- How
does my school's vision and mission align with the AI age?
- How
can school administrators leverage AI to optimize operations?
- How
is AI redefining leadership in educational settings?
- What
expertise and insights empower educators in navigating an AI-integrated educational
environment?
AI can be included in every part of the school,
and this course will teach participants how to do it. We aim to guide teachers
and school principals on the journey of understanding AI's role in educational
leadership. We'll use activities they can participate in, and group talks to
learn together.
During the course, participants will experience
AI tools that help with syllabus creation, professional development,
team-building activities, curriculum design, creating appropriate rubrics,
designing individualized education plans, and many more.
We'll also have a "Reflection
Roundtable" every day with a specific question. It's a time to chat about
what we've learned, exchange thoughts, and maybe even start team projects between
schools.
By the end of this course, participants should
have a roadmap for creating a vision for AI in their schools and will have a
clear understanding of how AI fits into education.
Teachers and school administrators will walk
away with new tools and strategies, underscoring the clear central role of AI
in modern education, to make their school and classroom even better and prepare
their students for a future with AI.
